Rolling Raclette is a Swiss pop-up raclette concept created in 2025 by two Swiss founders and a Londoner sharing the same values.
Inspired by the authenticity of Switzerland and the convivial spirit of London, the project brings the tradition of raclette to the city through itinerant pop-up evenings.
Hosted in pubs, private homes and special events, Rolling Raclette is about real Swiss cheese, simple food, and moments meant to be shared.
